Add the spice to a saucepan, along with 2 bottles of red wine or a red juice. Simmer for a minimum of 5-10 minutes (better if you simmer for 30-60mins), strain, then pour into glasses and add orange slices. Then enjoy!

In the warmer months, serve Mulled Wine chilled on ice with fresh orange juice and soda water, for a delicious, refreshing Mulled Wine Sangria.
